SINTA Journal (Science, Technology, and Agricultural) is owned by Perkumpulan Dosen Muda (PDM) Bengkulu and published under the organizational umbrella of Perkumpulan Dosen Muda (PDM) Bengkulu, in affiliation with Perkumpulan Dosen Muda (PDM) Bengkulu.

The owner and publisher provide administrative, technological, and hosting infrastructure support, but they do NOT determine the acceptance or rejection of individual manuscripts. Editorial decisions remain solely under the authority of the Editor-in-Chief and appointed editorial boards. Commercial considerations, author ability to pay, or institutional affiliations never affect scholarly decisions.
